They got there moneys worth out of the £200 they donated to the food bank seems that the drum they want to beat to show how kind and generous they are. Not saying the food bank did anything wrong in accepting the donation but if there was a way to return the money I would quite happy to contribute to make up the shortfall .

    1. Name me an owner and I'll withdraw that statement!
    2. The value may go down as well as up!

Representing them or negotiating/brokering the deal is not the same as owning them.

Through an agency apparently - club approached an agency when they couldn’t find a sponsor themselves. Only what I heard - so not to be taken as gospel.

As an abstract question, Loko, who "owns" Hex? Is it possible to "own" it/them?

(By which I mean the company/entity/organisation, not the units of crypto currency.)

    1. Sadly I fear we'll never be party to the shirt sponsor's bank details. That's if they've paid us.
    2. If the value goes down (which I'm 38% sure it won't) I can still gaze forever fondly upon the bewildering colour clash between pink and red

That's part of the "hiding behind" stuff I can make out.

He (Rich Hart bloke) claims that he doesn't own it as its open source but all the hex investers do (strictly speaking that's right as you own the hex hea given you). However, in that long article I shared, it turns out it's a single wallet that benefits to the Ethereum purchases. Which is also apparently him.

    What he said @orsenkaht.

It isn’t a company per say (sorry). No employees, an open source financial platform/tool, etc. But as Jay pointed out, someone owns the website, so in theory those people must be the sponsors.

Which begs the question, is our sponsorship contract simply with the website owners? And what assets do they have to back up the commitment they have made with BFC? Meanwhile, our players are running about advertising their wares!‍

Potentially paid up front, making the last point redundant. But yes, lots of things beg many questions on this one.

I thought Poya might have been the most incompetent person to ever set foot in Oakwell but Khaled is currently head and shoulders above every bad manager we’ve ever had.

It’s almost like he took the job thanks to a Trading Places-type bet at Man City

The main reason these enterprises are not set up as Companies is to avoid the SEC financial regulations.

That's utterly bizarre. In an attempt to defend himself in the eyes of the club, he's actually proved that he's guilty as charged, by providing his own evidence.

Looking at the foodbank just giving page. It's a LOT more than £200.

Yeah, that might be the only good thing to come of all this. There's a lot more donations than that too, it only shows the most recent. We're not that naive though. It'd also look a lot better if it didn't have comments like this attached to it:

'Hex.com has changed my life and now my cup overflows so I can fill others'.
