    If we get any players in this week don’t think they’ll be ready to fit into the side can only see us struggling for the first few months of this season

    Correct but he hasn't moved to try to get into space or come for the ball either. He's bone idle

    Two teams we've now played six times in less than a year. Last decent home friendly was nine years ago against Bordeaux.

    I think we've looked decent defensively and in midfield but we're a blunt instrument up top.
    They've been a bit more creative in and around the box but generally speaking both teams are evenly matched.
    Stand out player on the pitch again is Connell. We've signed a proper footballer with this lad. Looks like he's always got time on the ball. can hit a pass. sweet left peg. gets stuck in and acts like captain on the pitch.
    Josh Benson is also doing OK. had a great free kick tipped over the bar and jas been busy. also won one hard 50 50 tackle ....something we wouldn't have seen last season.
    Their goal was a terrible defensive **** up.
    was hoping to see falo but he's not in the squad looking fwd to seeing Norwood.

    Had to laugh After 24 minutes SUTV changed their screen logo to Barnsley v Sheff utd instead of Burnley v Sheff utd.

    I often find fans very opinionated in friendlies and stoped going years ago.
    I went away to Lincoln City in a pre season friendly years ago.
    All I could here for 90 minutes was who is the fat tw$t in the middle he's useless.
    I commented quite loudly that the fat tw#$ looks a very tidy player who doesn't look match fit.
    It turned out he was one of our all time legends Sir Ronny Glavin.
