Seriously, we're *****, and it's a nice day. See your family, have a BBQ, watch the grass grow, just do summat else.
Been isolating with Covid since last weekend now, bored shitless and confined to a bedroom but still not sure if I can be arsed to watch.
Last home match of the season, lovely sunny day so it's off to Oakwell for me Plus if I go into the garden beyond hanging the washing out then I'll see 101 jobs that need doing!
You please yourself what you do & I hope you enjoy it but I will be at Oakwell with my grandkids & hopefully we will enjoy that
From 4pm onwards until my ability to walk and talk coherently gives out, I shall be visiting various alcohol outlets in town enjoying the sunshine and hopefully being reminded that life involves more than Barnsley football club of a weekend.
You should have warned me of that earlier! I went out and hung out the washing and then we ended up scarifying the grass.
Quite enjoying it. My feed is behind so I'm sure Preston will have already scored a second when I post this.
If anything a tad fewer home fans than Tuesday. Somewhere around 3500 mark. I'm sat in same place and east stand a bit more empty.
I’d say way more but than Tuesday. Especially in the East Stand. Those front rows of the Ponte aren’t as bare as they were midweek (at least before it went 3-1)
All a bit if a guess, but took exactly same shots of the East Stand and Ponty and had a quick look to compare. To my eyes it's a bit fewer, but whatever I'd be surprised if there anything like the number of home fans here as some people think. This is an order of magnitude different from anything I've seen since the early 90s/late 80s.
