Is one of the options that we can take money out of the club to pay for it? What's good for the goose...

Can we agree a price and then negotiate it down later?

Was kinda hoping they were stupid enough not to do this, would have knocked a fair chunk off the final sales figures. Anything to get these leeches to piss off!

Symbolic that they have got this up on the day that they originally said that the two month instalment option would be withdrawn!

It would have been really helpful, not to say blindingly obvious and simple for them to have put some details into the announcement about the interest free option.

As it stands you have to sign up to it and complete the purchase before you know what you're getting yourself into. I've just done a walk-through and you don't get any information on the payment dates, amounts and profile at all right up to the point where you have to press 'confirm purchase'. So you're buying blind.

It could be a three month interest three option with 3 payments on say 29 May, 29 June and 29 July (if I'd pressed confirm today), or it could be a three month interest three option with 1 payment today and a further 3 payments on 29 May, 29 June and 29 July or it could in fact, as I suspect, be a two months interest free option with 1 payment today and a further 2 payments on 29 May and 29 June.

But as there's absolutely nothing to go on, it could be absolutely anything!

    Bingo - that's me renewed.

Easy process as well with V12 as picked up all the details from previous applications. I'm also happy the 10 month options has been extended to throughout the sales window.

Genuinely, are you sure you read it right? I just went through the process and one of the screens before you officially submit the application tells you the total payment, number of instalments, and your estimated first payment date (which was 29th May).

No issues my side on the process I went through.

No I'm thick as p!gshit and can't read!

I wouldn't have written what I did if I hadn't checked thoroughly, looked everywhere and repeated several times. Details nowhere to be seen and no screen like the one you had.

They could have put the details on the flyer anyway, no hardship at all to do that.

Easy - I was asking with a view to see if I could help. Not criticising. I'd just gone through the exact same process and not had the difficulties you'd experienced.

No need to start with 'genuinely have you read it right' then. The rest of what you wrote would have sufficed on it's own.

There's still no avoiding that it wouldn't have been a moment's bother for anyone to simply put on the flyer that the payment plan is a third a month from the date you renew, a third two months from then and a third three months on, if that's what it is.

I typed 'Genuinely, have you read it' to show I was being genuine and not questioning you. As in did you just miss something. The comma is important there to try and portray tone.

Were you on the three month option or ten month? Don’t answer if you don’t feel comfortable. It’s just I’m at Oakwell within half an hour so can try and mention it to someone.

Tried both, TBH it was just out of interest.

Definitely shows you a summary table on the ten month option. That’s how I knew the first payment comes out a month from now and the total cost was like £343 or something.

Yeah on the 3 month one you don’t get any information upfront cba to look at the 10 month one as I’m not buying one.

    Just tried again, not there.
What page was it on can you remember?
The only page I haven’t been on was the last page(confirmation).
