    You can get nice big frozen shrimp at Morrisons in the seafood freezer near the fresh stuff. They just cost you an arm and a leg :(

    The sweet version you can get at the convenience shop on Donny road

    Good question , I have not seen any even at the coast for years , we ought to start a " Bring back the Shrimp " campaign ! I used to enjoy them but these days I tend to snack on whelks

    Years since I’ve seen em in shops, but don’t often look.

    The Brits have an odd relationship with seafood, as an island nation we ought to eat loads, but we generally don’t appreciate it.

    Scarborough years ago you could buy little pots or trays of shrimps, cockles, whelks etc.
    Now it's all crab sticks and crab sticks.
    At least you can still get a lemon topped Jaconellis ice cream. Used to buy them for 9d. Little roly poly Peter Jaconelli standing in the parlour behind, counting the cash !
    Then along came Jimmy Saville !
