Have we ever had such a passive manager? This is what happens when you recruit an U21s manager with little to no experience in competition football. His words just bear no relevance to the severity or reality of our situation. So out of depth and out of touch, it’s unreal. Zero affinity to what this football club means to people.

Exactly my reaction. I was trying to imagine the argument he was countering which claimed the defence played well. "I'm not having that Poya mate, Kitching was Beckenbaueresque."

“It’s the first time I’ve seen that in our players and that’s why I’m disappointed"

Which games have you been watching then?

Insipid. May as well not bother watching on Friday and do something mildly more entertaining like wash the car/mow the lawn.

Given our recent okay record versus Millwall, I was fairly confident we’d get a point yesterday. But nope. Instead we got a performance like we’ll be going down with a whimper.

If he’s here next season I’ll eat my hat. And I don’t even wear one.

I'll buy you one. I need to buy fifty quids worth of them anyway in order to activate my pathetic discount
