Why not post an honest assessment?

"Reading appeared to want the three points more than Barnsley who sat back and invited pressure after taking an early lead. Poya Asbahgi was reluctant to bring on fresh legs despite the tiredness displayed by many in red and so, as has become so common in recent games, the inevitable happened in the 82nd minute when the Tykes conceded an expected goal and threw away two points."

Tbh looking at the bench it’s no wonder he’s reluctant .
Subs looking more tired than the players they’ve replaced most times .
He doesn’t inspire a they shall not pass attitude into the players though , players look frightened to death when mediocre players running at them .
Can’t say a lot for his motivational prowess .
