Flexi ticket help

    Anyone any idea how to activate or donate a flexi ticket? I thought I’d donated mine to the nhs other year but it’s showing on my eticketing page that I can donate it but I haven’t a clue how to access it, any ideas?

    From memory, activation is just via selection of the flexi ticket(s) when you make your 'purchase' online (I used a couple of flexis 3 months ago).
    For donation, think that'd best be queried with our box office - as so many of us have experienced, Beth & team are brilliant so should be able to confirm if that's an option. Good luck, JC

    If you're wanting to book a ticket on behalf of someone else, go to eticketing on club site, pick a seat and then choose 'flexi ticket' as your pricing option. It lets you check out for free then.
