    We may or may not see Fabio Jalo on the bench in upcoming fixtures.

    But never mind Jalo, I’d have J.Lo in the squad over Cole. Don’t be fooled by the goals of his dad, he’s still he’s still really ******* bad.

    I respectfully disagree. He may have been tired, but IMO Bassi had enough left in his tank - and by that stage of the game we didn't need him racing about as much, we just needed someone to play with discipline, hold the shape and make the ball stick. Even a tired Bassi is a far better option than Cole.

    Not even sure how many times anyone has come off the bench with us winning? He would have offered more than Cole against Boro and tonight though.

    Without the Cole mistake on the clearance, where he was on the edge of his own box, we wouldn’t be having this conversation though. Cole did play with discipline and did hold the shape, but the error came from a defensive situation.

    That’s just my take. And whilst I’m fuming that he didn’t do more in that moment someone else equally failed to clear it, when facing the right way, before it got to him. He’s just not good enough and like others who’ve featured this season it’s a head scratcher (or not) as to how we let the squad be shaped this way.

    All roads lead back to……

    Genuine question. What do you think qualifies devaney and hassle for a job in league football?
    Our managers tactics are turd on a string but these two really aren't the answer surely.

    Devante Cole is an absolute joke. He pissed me off against Boro with the lack of enthusiasm he had but last night was ridiculous. Fighting for our lives and bottles a challenge, again after only being on for ten mins. Much rather play someone who wants to be a professional footballer.

    Sack him before Saturday?.....you talk out of your fffffing arse mate, if Vita who made a mess of clearance or Cole who also made a mess had cleared ball when they should have we would have won!.....that incompetence weren’t down to Poya, ..... Cole shouldn’t have come on I agree but as others have said Bassi run out of legs and we threadbare on bench.

    Cole was awful. Biggest issue he had. was facing the goal. But no one has mentioned the p155 poor attempted clearance that led up to it. By Gomes.
    I’ve not felt as gutted by an equaliser in a long time. Three points would have put us in real contention. Now We need to beat Bristol and/or Fulham. I said prior to the game, I’d be happy with 6pts but would settle for 5.
    7 would be nice btw.
