    Agreed. However, don't mistakenly buy the one that has a shot of coffee in it - absolutely vile. Still finished the bottle tho

    A couple of years ago I got a bottle of Casanova di Neri (Brunello di Montalcino) from the Company shop for £14. When I got home I went on the internet. The cheapest I could find, like for like and same year was £48.

    the sainsburys taste the difference amarone is £16/17

    however load up when they have 25% off for six bottles and you’re laughing. It’s very good for the price, even at full price.

    Not normally a red wine drinker but had the most wonderful bottle of red in Paris once. My other half of the time took control of the wine order, and it so delicious. Then we got the bill...... 900 Euros!!!... i could have keeled over there and then!:confused:
    Suffice to say the walk up the Champs Elysee was a silent one lol
