    Good opening half hour from the non league team, Everton almost seem more comfortable playing on the counter attack. Still think Ally McCoist is one of the best co commentators going, suprised he hasn’t been approached by SKY or BT.

    Shame for Boreham Wood but it always felt like Everton were in 2nd gear, would have been interesting if Boreham could have nicked the first goal. Although it’s been great for the armchair fans I can’t say I’m a fan of playing these FA cup ties midweek, always seems much more of an occasion on Saturday / Sunday fixtures.
