    He was the Hull v Barnsley game on Tuesday. I wasn't part of the 'in jokes' but I thought they were suggesting he was going to come back in at Hull.

    I think it's refreshing that an owner can keep hiring the same managers over and over. Times change and people change. Playing personnel might be there now that suit Mccann more than Ferguson. Has anybody ever thought what if Bassett had been in charge during 1998/99 etc. Wilson has gone on record saying that he'd manage at Barnsley again if needed. As has Hoddle at Tottenham.

    Not all splits have to be acrimonious.
