“He and Ferran are great at finding the weaknesses of the opponent, but it’s a tough place to go, they’re doing well and so we’ll need to exploit the areas we’ve analysed and get a big three points.”

Too bothered what others are doing and trying to create the perfect battle plan instead of setting us up to play well and set about giving them a battering. I'm all for looking for weakness but he seemingly wants to thread the needle and score the perfectly executed goal etc. We need to score more goals and have more attempts rather than make a goal a collector's item - however, they are so far and few between he is inadvertently making them a collector's item I guess,

The result for me is boring side-to-side possession with zero threat and makes it a matter of time before we make a mistake and gift them a goal. This is where we have been how many times now?

Haven't yet seen the evidence they are great at finding the weaknesses of our opposition. We seemed to ignore their two wide players time and time again on Saturday!

Some good words from him there. He's told us he's been boosted, that covid got him pretty badly as he's still recovering and can see a different picture if we can get back to back wins.

That's obviously the hard part :D

When exactly has poya identified the weaknesses of any opposition? If he has it would be a good idea to tell the team to exploit them yet we line up in the sake dull way and play the same dull tactics every week. Perhaps every team in the championship is weak as fêck when we try to walk the ball in.

I genuinely think he thinks he is managing Man City. Instead, he is strangling the life out of the dying corpse of a squad that finished 5th last season, if in some slightly different circumstances. It's OK Schopp already shot them all in the foot I guess. I can only wish Poya well at the end of the season & hope we get someone who is competent & passionate for the start of the L1 season.

Don’t tell Duntpasstome that side to side possession with zero threat is boring, he thinks we are playing like Real Madrid at the moment
