Still fuming over how England managed to throw that game away or rather how Cowan-Dickie threw it away for us
Must be one of the worst decisions in the history of rugby. Why didn’t he try and catch it. A deliberate knock on there was always a penalty try and a sending off. Worst case had he dropped it was a try and still 15 on the pitch

I’m proud of the boys in blue.
At one point I only saw an England win but great fight back by Scotland just saw us through.
    Good hard fought win.

    Really enjoyed that!
Scotland vastly experienced and red hot favorites..
outplayed by kids for 65 minutes by kids...really impressed by England. Scotland did what they had to and won in the end...as with all these kind of games they hing on turning points...cowan dickie's actions and the ref chose not to give a penalty to england in injury time....but great entertainment.

The turning point was the Volleyball play around the 75th minute.

Yea that as well..a draw would have been a good result...Daley would have slotted that over easy.
    Fine margins.

Not sure it has to be an either or. I used to play both codes whilst watching the reds and this attitude still stinks that people think you’re only allowed to like one code of football.

I don’t understand it either. I can happily watch either code

Wombwell was/is not a rugby area. So didn't really have an opinion on either during my early yrs. But having watched both on occasion over the last 40 years. I'd have to say in my unbiased opinion league is the better spectacle for me.
But I do agree mates and people I've worked with do seem to put one code down. Especially union fans within the Rotherham areas.
Really Looking forward to the Fev v leigh game on monday night on tv. As I've developed a soft spot for Fev over the yrs.

I enjoy both codes. Really don’t understand this reverse snobbery you get from many league fans though. Smacks of bitterness.

Agreed. Plenty of room for both. And the reverse snobbery is just laughable.
