Headline doesn’t quite match with what he said. I suppose if he you can’t trust the daily mail though who can you trust?

So he had covid itself a few weeks ago and its "the jab" that causes his heart inflammation
Even Johnson in the interview said it was likely the Covid that caused the problem so I really dont know what your point is

or are you taking Daily Heil headlines as facts now when even the story behind them doesnt fit the headline.

PS thanks for making me read that ***y rag - I need to delete my browsing history now - its less embarrasing having owlstalk or in your cache

World renowned heart specialist/football manager makes ridiculous, inaccurate , misleading claim published in that paragon of truth the Daily Heil, a toilet paper designed as a platform for just this junk

Then in the same article admits he's not a doctor and in fact the problem was probably caused by the player catching Covid

    Dimmer than a dead firefly

You can't deny though that there has been an increase in footballers with heart problems following the vaccine? I know it's taboo to talk about it, but problems with the heart were rarely, if ever (I only ever heard about problems with the lungs, it is a virus after all) talked about during the first year of covid (prior to the vaccine) and no players were collapsing with heart problems when the season restarted. Suddenly it's now a side effect of covid and 'more likely to be covid than the vaccine.' Something is amiss.

Alternatively, you can't deny that there has been an increase in footballers (all walks of life, really) with heart problems following Covid.

I know which version I'll be going with.

Well obviously a much higher proportion of players have now had covid than had had it when the season restarted.

It just seems unusual that prior to the vaccine people were not warned that they could get heart problems due to covid. Many reported breathing/lung problems however, in line with a virus, and this makes sense. But as heart issues were reported following the rollout of the vaccination programme, particularly amongst footballers, suddenly the narrative changed to 'covid can cause heart problems, and it's likely to be the virus (as opposed to the vaccine) that is causing them.' People can make up their own minds, but the vaccine is still in its two-year trial phase, and it's no wonder that a proportion of footballers/sports people don't want to get it. I also think we should be able to talk openly about this, it seems that as soon as you question anything to do with the vaccine you are shut down.

Yes but think of the hundreds of thousands that got it prior to the production of the vaccine - nobody talked of heart issues, at least not health professionals or the government, who are now convinced that the virus causes heart problems.

How many of those who got it, that you know of, complained of 'heart problems'? I don't know any. And a close friend was in hospital prior to the pandemic for weeks due to blood clots on her heart - believe me, if you or those with covid had heart issues you'd know about it, and why wasn't it reported at the time? We'll just agree to disagree. But I don't know how they can so readily rule out heart issues linked to the vaccine, I really don't.

That’s not right. Heart inflammation has always been spoken about as an after effect of the virus.

My cousin was hospitalised in 2020, and has had heart inflammation whilst suffering with long covid. It was discussed with her though before she was even discharged.

Bit desperate appealing to anecdotal evidence based on a small sample size when confronted with evidence that what you said was just plain wrong.

I'm sorry to hear about your cousin. I think Long Covid is quite different from the regular virus. It is known to affect several organs and this has been widely reported.

Sorry, I forgot Covid-19 had been around for decades and is a well researched and well understood virus.

I question vaccine like I question the virus.

Are leaders wrong to manipulate people into getting it. Yes they are.

Are the unjabbed wrong spouting the vaccine is the problem like its certain - yes they are as family of these victims will want 100 percent facts.

It will be a long time before we know the long term damage of the virus or the vaccine. We may have doctors and scientists but we don't have time travellers unless ya a fruit loop from america

Yes - though at the time she was released from hospital they didn’t know she was going to have ‘long covid’. Or even that it was really a thing.

They did tell her she had heart inflammation after having covid though, as well as mild lung scarring.

I hope she is recovering and coping okay. It's a horrible thing to deal with.
