    But instead of employing a solicitor and going through an estate agent, I thought I'd rattle the current owner on Facebook.

    Anyone know an Internet hate group against Pete Smith of Donny so I can give him some hammer before buying his house?

    Be careful. Pete Smith made some awful decisions with that house in the summer. I'd get a proper survey done before completing.

    wouldn’t bother, if it’s the one I think, it’s subsiding, it was put together from random cheap foreign parts and not much is satisfactory quality!
