... at the Crematorium later today. His Cancer took him in the end, but he never complained or blamed anybody. He gives me so much strength to carry on knowing this. At least I know now where I get my fighting spirit and pragmatism from. He just told me I had to look after Mum, so that's what I'm doing. I don't want to remember the bad times of the last couple of years. I just want to remember the good days. Thank you for the days Those endless days, those sacred days you gave me I'm thinking of the days I won't forget a single day, believe me I bless the light I bless the light that lights on you, believe me And though you're gone You're with me every single day, believe me RIP Dad. Gone but not forgotten.
Condolences mate. Stay strong for your Mum. I’d never really listened to those lyrics properly before. A fitting tribute.
Thoughts with you today, it's great to be strong for your mum but don't feel you always have to be, you need to grieve in your own way too..
Condolences to you and your Mum. It's a sad time, but I know your Dad will always be with you, in your hearts and in your memories. We'll all be thinking of you today.
