Because it's been moved to Friday, I now can't go. My mum has asked if she can use my ticket. How do I go on with this now? I presume she'll be refused entry because the name on the ticket doesn't match her COVID pass? Any advice?
I would check with the box office. I dont think they would have any issues and they are very helpful in these situations .
I believe you can go to the box office and transfer your entitlement for this match into a match day ticket for your mum. I've done this before for a friend, although it was a while ago. You would need to do it before the night of the match though I think.
