    An honest interview - hands up and admits he got it wrong against Hull and failed. Fair enough - not often you always hear that admission.

    Laumann sounds like a decent bloke. Comes across as honest and someone who wants to keep learning. Good to have him on the staff I reckon.

    Totally agree with this. I think he'll be an important part of the setup, particularly in the coming weeks, as he brings the continuity from Ismael and Schopp's time here.
