    When you think about we're a Head Coaches dream job. No say on transfers. Just in charge of training and picking the team. It's a no lose situation. You've an excuse and can take your next job. Basket case of a club etc. It's getting like the Leeds job used to be under Cellino.

    I thought we gave coaches a list of possible players, taken from the spreadsheet, and the coach would pick which ones they think we should go for?

    That's about as much input as any coach, or even manager would get these days. Wilder's biggest problems would be the playing budget overall, and his salary demands.
