    I was very surprised, but it's Watford and the average time coaching them is about 6 months, must cost em a fortune in compo

    I could be wrong but don’t they appoint on rolling contracts so it would always be less than a year to pay out?

    I’m sure it will be 2 years but they’ll only have to pay him off a fraction of that term when he’s sacked.
