LIAM KITCHING POST-BLACKPOOL Interviews Following our 1-0 loss at Blackpool on Saturday, Liam Kitching insists that he and his teammates need to be better in order to start picking up points in the Sky Bet Championship. Continue reading on the official site...
I must admit, it might be an idea to cut back on the interviews until someone has something worthwhile to say.
To be honest, I think he gave a fair assessment. Apologised for the performance, might’ve been different if we’d taken our chances but we still should’ve been better. Not much to argue with there. Just wish Schopp would share some responsibility in his interviews.
I agree , he did give a fair assessment and he wasn’t present for most of season . But it’s same every interview we should be putting chances away , play better etc etc and tbh there’s not much different he could say . However it’s the same rhetoric game after game and I’m not criticising players for saying this as I said there’s not much else he could say but it gets frustrating when it’s the same story not creating enough chances and not putting enough of the chances we make away . Its a criticism of the play rather than players rolling out telling us what we already know IMO. It’s frustrating when the same reasons are being repeated and imo not shooting the messengers although some of them are culpable but rather we know it wasn’t good enough and we know you think it wasn’t good enough but what’s being done to address it because some of the display from yesterday in front of a fantastic and enthusiastic following to say this message was repeated before was imo disgusting
Crackers after a clean sheet against a team in the play offs that scored five yesterday, we change the defence by dropping Halme from the squad, thus not making Kitching earn his place back in the team after being a silly boy.
