A WBA fan's view this morning of their plight ... (3rd place in the league)

    Out doggy walking and I regularly stop to have a chat with an avid WBA fan.
    This morning he was saying how pitiful and dull it has recently become with fans getting neck ache !!
    He said that the good players of recent seasons have now had to adapt to "Val's Style", hoof ball, he called it. Never heard that one before.
    Trouble is, he said, is that the good players have now degenerated into chasers, and more to the point is that they are not big enough physically to handle the hoofiness.
    Also he said that other teams have worked out their style of play and match it accordingly.
    Now where have we heard that before ?

    Love how they moan about Ismael’s style of football when they’ve had Megson, Pulis and Allardyce in recent years with the first two doing well for them.
