My away match day special, 2 bags of cheese and onion crisps crashed to a plup. Pour into one bag and add the contents of a bag of salted peanuts, washed down with a couple of pints lager.

Use a little hamd whisk until all smooth, bring slowly to boil turn heat down and simmer a minute then pour over your beef and vegetable stir fry Serve with rice or chips cooked in the Airfryer or a bit of both Better than the Takeaway
I really want to try some Chinese food, the problem is it all contains sesame which I'm anaphylactically allergic to, and apparently no other oil comes close for the taste!
I love the taste of sesame oil, but it's not a necessary ingredient for home cooking Chinese food and won't be missed that much from most recipes. Here's a good one for home cooked sweet and sour whcih should be fine for you - https://www.gousto.co.uk/cookbook/chicken-recipes/sweet-sour-chicken-with-rice
It is used a lot but it definitely doesn’t need to be! Sweet and sour for example is basically rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple and ketchup. You can make loads of Chinese dishes with oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, black bean sauce and soy sauce. If you’re not allergic to nuts just replace sesame oil with peanut/groundnut oil in any recipe.
My missus just chucked this together today, diced chicken, singapore noodles, fresh chopped chillies and onion, cost about £3.00 if that from Aldi, all cooked in pan fresh.
Suprised nobody mentioned fajitas. 1. Slice up a chicken breast per person. 2. Slice thinly a large onion, a large pepper, and a fresh chilli. Keep the chilli seeds in if you like it a bit spicier. 3. Melt a dessert spoon of oil in a large frying pan. (I use coconut) 4. Fry a few dried chilli flakes in the oil for about 20 secs before adding the chicken slices. Fry until no longer pink and put to one side. 5. Put all the sliced veg in the same pan and fry slowly until it softens. 6. Turn up the heat and add the chicken back to the pan. Stir together for 2 minutes and then remove from the heat. 7. Microwave a pack of 6 tortillas for 40 seconds. 8. Build your fajitas using a tray of mexican dip's. Spread a teaspoon of the guacamole, put about a tablespoon of the chicken and veg on the tor till, then some of the salsa and maybe a bit of sour cream. Roll it up and start munching, Brilliant tv food. Takes about 30 mins to prepare and cook.
Try cooking your tortillas in a clean pan next time. Far superior to the microwave and stay warm for longer as you stack them up on a hot side plate. Are you not adding Fajita seasoning? Pork and Chorizo Butter Bean Casserole would be my recommendation. Relatively cheap, great for freezing, and serve with pitta bread. If you’re on Instagram follow MOB KITCHEN. You’ll get loads of ideas for cheap and healthy options. I made a great bacon and kidney bean breakfast hash cooked with half a can of beer and served on sourdough.
