Nope. I expect to receive them after people start complaining a bit more vocally in a few months like what usually happens with the things promised in sales pitches by the club
Cannot believe how slow they are at being sent out. It's printing off some pieces of paper to send out in the post. I don't think it's rocket science. I expected them to arrive early to mid June to possibly use in time for the likes of father's day, summer holidays and our hottest weather period in case purchases were short sleeved. Now when they eventually arrive there will be less worth in using them.
Shouldn’t you have received them the same day as your season ticket started or when the shirt was available? Surely the club just need to print some gift vouchers off? They can hardly blame Ticket Master for that and it’s not like they didn’t know the exact numbers needed in advance.
In all seriousness, I have no info regards vouchers. Not my department. But I’ll try and find out! I have my uses.
To be fair we have absolutely no idea what the vouchers are for so we've got no idea if there's less worth in using them or not. They could be 5 vouchers for 10 quids worth of food from the refreshment stalls or they could be 2 vouchers for 25 quid off a shirt or even 50 lots of £1 off a programme (which would be a bit daft but they could be)
You know the club are writing all these down, right? That reminded me though of when we used to be ‘Gold’ category at Butlins and you’d get a book of vouchers for various things. Barnsley FC related could be: 1 x free car tax disc holder (worth £10) etc.
Dear god 3 bottles of lukewarm calling you have to queue 35 minutes before half time to stand a chance to get one, all while there is one person working then they go to the furthest till for the change ! The catering is a shambles irrespective of all the different incarnations and now it’s in house, literally turning hundreds nay thousands every game but nothing other than poor service.
Yeah they don't have enough catering staff. People shouldn't have to wait in this day and age longer than two minutes to be served.
