Does anyone read the script. Jeez.
    Wages not an issue:confused:
    Age not an issue:confused:
    Sell on not an issue:confused:
I fully expect Brum wanting to extend his contract beyond next year. No one will be looking to pay a fee, so his wage demand will be the key.

It’s absolutely mental that he’s getting paid a million quid a year for four years. He was a decent player for us but I’d want a star for that money considering the defenders we’ve had since him. Pinnock, Solbauer, Anderson and Helik are better players for a start. I’d argue Kitching is already looking as good although it’s a small sample size.

Just to be clear this is not a dig at Roberts and fair play to the lad. It just shows how bad some clubs are managed at this level.

Harvey Elliot was on 20k a week at Liverpool when he was 16 years old.
    I agree it's mental.

Not every signing has to have resale value. The odd guy who will add value to younger lads with their knowledge and experience isn't a bad thing. Take someone like Sollbauer for example. If he had still be in our defence this season with Andersen out injured I don't think we would have dropped four points from winning positions and I reckon we would have had more wins.

I thought he was outstanding yesterday; at the back and as an attacking option. The way he conducts himself as well - model professional.

Only if they are cheap enough
Agree Sibbick had an off day. Didn’t seem to be awake half the time.
