Shame that. I’m sure there are always people who make a late decision to attend, so they miss out. As does the club on that missing gate money
Bit blunt and to the point. No reason given why it's been chucked on people with two days notice when as POR says above people will make a late decision on if they want to go or not. Club decision? Police? It's not ticket sales because we won't be completely selling out home ends.
It would certainly be helpful to know why this has been decided at such short notice. so you cant even buy an eticket after 5pm tomorrow I must admit I cant guess a good reason for this
Just had an email saying main car park closed as well unless you’ve already bought a ticket, and no access through beevor court either, also no fan zone, no Toby club no family zone. wonder what’s gone off? sounds like authorities flexing their muscles?
Me too. Generally have to see how I feel on the morning of matches. Insomnia abating towards end of week, so was looking good. Not now though. They’ve dropped a bollock here in the old care in the community stance.
And the West stand is closed and all existing ticket holders will be given a seat in either the ponty or East on arrival Edit added. The above was an attempted joke reply to the kick off change post I’ve made it up
I saw somewhere earlier, that it was the Emergency services that had asked for part of the car parks to be closed. I think some Covid-19 restrictions are still going on. The West Stand, maybe due to a updated Safety certificate required, purely speculation on my part. Companies are still asking visitors to use the Covid-19 App or leave details, not selling tickets on the day helps the club to avoid the taking of details. I understand the use of Covid passports at events, through the summer helped attendances.
Folk who were doing the right thing and waiting to take a test on the morning of the match? FU Folk who are vulnerable and can't get to watch ifollow? FU Folk with limited mobility? Walk another way round.
If it's right we sold 11 thousand season tickets n west stand closed dependant how many bought tickets already on match by natch basis be struggling to fit Every body in
