    Probably the best left back I saw as a kid growing up. A pity injuries curtailed his career as much as they did. Along with Alan Ball, the two of them were the first players I saw to wear white boots instead of black. You had to be really good to do something like that at the time. Terry and Alan were.

    Sad news. How many of that legendary Leeds side of the 70s have passed away in last 12 months or so? Hunter, Lorimer, Charlton, Bates and now Cooper…..

    Some of those were slightly later that the legendary team but were around before it all fell apart after the 1975 European Cup final.
