Added the away one to my basket on the ticketing site, and it says (words to the effect of) you don't have the right membership for your selection etc. Try reassigning the tickets etc. I'm a reds reserved plus member, am logged into my account, and have my client number selected. I recall having issues last year, but then all of a sudden it worked.
I have exactly the same issue, and I also notice it has a date of 31 Oct 2021 by the option, is this date the reason why it does not allow us to purchase?
Just tried doing it for my son who doesn’t have an online account but is in my member network. He’s Reserved + but I’m not. Still thought I’d be able to do it for him but couldn’t get it to work. Anyone any ideas please….??
I thought that, but I tried it with the home shirt too. Maybe it's just down. Might give it another go tomorrow.
Had similar issues.. emailed box office and explained the situation.. think its all resolved now but going to ring tomorrow to arrange collection. Everyone who ive enquired with has been really helpful. (As usual for our club it has to be said) Boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk

I had exactly the same. Spoke to the box office team today and they said there's a glitch affecting some people. They were great and allowed me to order it over the 'phone. Maybe give them a call?
couldnt get my freebie online but got r 'arry his. went upto oakwell today 5 min conversation in the shop, 2 mins in box office ticket issued ( same seat in ponty so done on the computer) back into shop and sorted

I tried to claim my free men's size BriNylon drip dry shirt in Marks and Spencer and they looked at me gone out. Where do you have to go to get a free shirt?
