Anybody else not fully confident about Denmark match?

    Being a long suffering follower of England and Barnsley I've hardly ever been fully confident of any match they play in.
    I was going to do a list of games where confidence was massively misplaced but it would take far too long.
    The first few were probably 3-0 up at half time v Exeter, 4-1 up with 10 minutes to go against Stockport and, in the same season having lowly Rochdale at home and ready for the taking in front of the tv cameras. (lost 3-0)
    Since then there's been a demon lurking at the back of every thought of "we should win this".

    Only seen Denmark 1st half against Belgium and Wales , and they look to move the ball about quite nicely.

    The lad up front looks handy if you give him.space

    Denmark playing in part on the emotion of Erikson cannot be underestimated. Another early goal for England hopefully could settle the outcome.

    Denmark are a fantastic team - much more than the sum of their parts, and Maehle is one of the players of the tournament. It will be a difficult game.

    I'm not. Denmark are by far the strongest team we've faced. I'd even argue they're a stronger side than Spain who are in the other semi final.

    It won't be an easy game for sure. I can't see a clean sheet in this one, but fancy England to come out on top still. 2-1.

    I get what you are saying CS, I think England will win but it may not be pretty and free flowing. In the final I think Spain may cause England more problems than Italy, if they were to get through. Overall, I think England will win the tournament, just because they seem to be the strongest team so far.
    As I always say though, I know nothing about football.

    I think all 4 teams will be very confident, for very different reasons.

    I’m definitely not going to try and predict a winner. I’ve seen a lot of people (not particularly on here) pretty much giving England the trophy. The bits of Denmark I have seen I have to say they look very good and wouldn’t bet against them.

    As confident as I have ever been

    but Denmark are a good side who have lost very few games in the last 30 including beating us ….

    will be far from easy but I think our subs will make the difference, possibly in extra time

    never fully confident, when it comes to England and semis. if we bring our A game I think we'll have enough to get the job done. their confidence will be sky high after Ukraine. but Denmark will be saying the same. our toughest game so far.

    As confident as can be expected I suppose but nervous all the same .
    We’ve got enough in our team to beat any of the existing teams in the competition and our talisman forward has started to show his lethal quality .
    Not too confident we’ll keep a clean sheet but as usual it is possible .
    The longer the game goes without us scoring the more nervous I’ll get but I think there’s more positives than negatives to our team at the moment .
    It is a knockout competition and of course Denmark have a chance but the odds are in our favour so come on England bring it home .

    All I hope is that the winner of tomorrow's semi, beats the winner of today's semi in the final.

    That way I either win the sweep at work, or England are European Champions.
