Should've disallowed the goal. As a foul (simulation) occurred during the build up, you would expect if the ref had been aware he would have given the foul and a yellow card before the ball went in. Unless the ref did see it and believed that wasn't simulation?
And in the TdF Marc Soler breaks both arms in a crash and then rides 40km to finish. Footballers......you won't see a modern day bloodied Terry Butcher ........bunch o Jessie's.

It is but that studio is full of hypocrites. shearer threw himself to the floor every week. What's the difference? Micah Richards is one of the worst divers I've ever seen. He's an embarrassment to football. lineker has supported strikers "right to go down" for years. I remember klinsmann rolling around holding his face in such desperate pain that I thought he'd lost an eye only to see on the replays that he'd not been touched. Immobile is an embarrassment but the panel are worse. They are hypocrites AND an embarrassment.

They're all as bad as each other. Personally I wouldn't let any player with a history of diving anywhere near a pundits position. At the moment they've got known diver Frank lampard andnthe famous drugs cheat Rio Ferdinand sharing their wonderful knowledge. Get them off TV and get some honest players on. To be honest I'd prefer to listen to someone who had an honest but less successful career than someone born with a natural talent, had the world handed to them on a plate but still resorted to cheating to win.
