    If we can move on Thomas , Victor , Chaplin , Simeos & Miller then I would be happy to see a couple of strikers brought in to support Morris , Woodrow , Marsh & Freiser plus a left back to give the option of freeing up Styles , I also think we will keep Mowatt & with Kane , Palmer & Ritzy I think we are o.k in the middle , we could possibly move on one of the centre backs without a replacement as we are top heavy in this department .

    I can't see a reason why he wouldn't sign a new deal, if he's a man of his word.

    In an interview in January, he said he needed reassurances that our ambitions matched his. This was prior to us bringing in Dike, and I think Morris. Dane had said we'd offered him a very good contract, and if needed, we could go a little higher. We finished in the top 6, and Dane has gone on record to say that the plan has been accelerated a few steps, so the aim is now to maintain our top 6 status.

    I presume what Alex meant, when he said about his ambitions, is that he wants to play in the Premier League. Unless he's got offers from a Premier League club, I don't see why he wouldn't re-sign, given the season we've just had, and the statement made by Dane, suggesting that promotion is ultimately the new goal.
