    My issue isn't in taking him off, it's the fact he went off and we bring a defender on. Why not stick another attacker on and go like for like. Why we holding out for a 1-0 win against Austria in a friendly

    I’d be more concerned if he did that in a game that meant something. It’s a friendly, doesn’t matter.

    Barnsley play poor in a friendly and it's it doesn't matter they are not important. It's about working out tactics and getting some minutes together.

    England play poor in a friendly and it's they are useless and have no chance in the Euros.

    I'd rather do it in a game that matters. If this is opener to euros and we lead 1-0 and he does it to see it out for the win then great. What's point in doing it now? If we win nothing happens if we lose or draw it means nowt it's a friendly

    Southgate is a genius for calling up four right backs as we still have three to choose from. If TAA needs replacing maybe he will call up a fifth right back to be 4th choice.

    I know mate lol :). It's particularly disappointing because he has an embarrassment of decent attacking players available. He also has another that he should be begging to come out of retirement (Vardy).
