    Thanks for that, you've just remined me that I need to do my entire bike after this mornings wet and drizzling ride (which then turned into a lovely day 30 mins after I got home!!!)

    well that’s nice to know.

    In celebration of us reaching the play off final I’m cycling from Newcastle to Edinburgh from Tuesday. Obviously I’ll need a nice clean chain.

    Four. And we’re staying in Edinburgh over the weekend. So will be watching the Reds in a pub in the City.
