You are right it wasn't the end of the world, and as I said it didn't spoil a great night but it is only a few weeks ago that we were told that there had been an inspection to assess the clubs readiness for the Premier league so I do think that not being able to open the turnstiles until 25 minutes after people were told to arrive (because of a lack of sufficient stewards) does make the club (Doyle Security) "look bad" especially when press were busily snapping pictures of the resulting crowd arround the gates!
