I’m probably being a bit dim but here goes. Me and the boy are lucky enough to have tickets for tomorrow. I have submitted the health questionnaires but nothing comes up on the screen to acknowledge this. I’ve double checked my email too and nothing there. So I’ve no idea whether or not they have been submitted! Has anyone else done it yet and found any different?
Yes I had absolutely no idea if it had submitted or not. To be honest it looks like the submit button was simply a link the to club's website. Also don't understand the point in a questionnaire asking if you've had any symptoms in the last 24 hours when you can fill it in a few days before the game.
Well that did occur to me ST. Perhaps you have to fill it in on the day of the game but I can’t find anything regarding that on the ticket emails, FAQ’s etc.
