Is he the one who won’t touch fish, chips and mushy peas but likes tempura cod, frites and pea puree?

Fish Chips and Sloppy peas surely

Ive had peas puree a few times in snazzy restaurants (not recently of course) and its a different dish to sloppy/Mushy peas and not as nice

By the way I heard a few of the more refined restaurants in Glasgow now do tempura Mars Bars

    And the rest!

Was chatting to one of the investors in Southwark brew co, and was mortified when he said the cost of the pint of "best" (debateable) I was drinking was about 10p.

Some of the bars on the Burmondsey beer mile will also serve you in a 1/3 pint glass

Ah, those were the days.... having a pint in 3 goes and starting to feel a bit wobbly!
