Based on the fact that it rained really heavy last night Schmidt doesn't like to get the Jockeys Silks dirty. Its a no from me.

    Woodrow will pull up short.

I backed Woodrow last year - when Struber was our manager. It was held up in the middle, away from the pace and ended up finishing in the midfield, behind the front 3.

But the jockey will have the cleanest, sparkliest, most pristine silks in the paddock.

    Woodrow finished 4th
    Schmidt finished 3rd

The racing post said both lacked pace in the run in.

I expected Schmidt to come through a forest of legs, and win at the very end.
