    Any recommendations for someone who can replace guttering, facias, soffets on a semi detached house in Barnsley?

    Another vote for Just Fascias, albeit my recommendation is from several years ago.

    Who ever you choose it needs scaffold for job doing right which puts price up.if you have a gable end continuous dry verge is best it fits under your roof lats and behind your fascia board.nomore cementing in future.theres a individual dry verge they get individually screwed into lats but water gets underneath your roofing tiles so end of your lats can rot so its not as good a fit as the continuous. Itll be a couple of grand wi just fascias but they con noone.
