Thanks for that. I've been trying for 2 weeks to successfully get my GP to change my records to show I'm allowed to get the vaccine. Sods law that my age group got altered before my GP records! Booked for Thursday.

 

Great that more people can get vaccinated. Then on the same day Boris decides to undermine the vaccination roll out by speaking rubbish.

 

I wonder how much he's claiming back for his haircuts? Given painting an aircraft is best part of £1m quid, 2 flags and a couple of podiums cost £2.6m... it must be in the hundreds of thousands to effectively recreate the look of unkempt scruffy b*****d

 

That’s because the Government can’t take the credit for the vaccine roll out because that’s the tremendous work of civil servants , NHS staff,volunteers both individuals and corporate .
They can take credit for the lockdown though and even that’s dubious with the Scientists breathing down their neck and the shambles of the first lockdown oh and Cummins.

 

Absolutely. When we opened things up in the past it soon got out of hand. This time around we have tens of millions vaccinated and it's not getting out of hand. To say it's more lockdown than vaccines is silly. It's like he's setting us up for another lockdown and a future of regular tests that aren't environmentally friendly. But the gov are trying to be green they say.

 

Boris is claiming anything he can and trouble is lots will believe him despite the sleaze and corruption he’s overseen .
He’ll put his ima jolly chap you can have a pint with character for the cameras and the chumps will be voting for him in their thousands despite the consequences .

 

Booked in for next Tuesday and my second jab in July.

 

Advice needed.

Booked both my jabs.

First one is next Tuesday morning whichis fine.

However when i booked my second one (July)
I never looked at my working hours and it clashes with my shift.

I have gone on the NHS page to try and re-arrange to a suitable hour but the only option i get is to cancel BOTH appointments and re-arrange them but would mean due to volume of appointments my first jab would be in May.

Anyone help advise how i just re-arrange one covid vaccination and not both?

 

Maybe have your first one next Tuesday and then rearrange after that?

 

If you want the Moderna one that’s what they’ve just given me in Sheffield Arena.

 

I’d probably just book a half day off work and get it done. It’s a one off, it might save your (or someone else’s) life. Just suck it up, mistakes happen and it’s a lesson to pay more attention in future.

It wasn’t a telling off, just trying to be practical and offer a solution whilst being glass half full about it. Tone doesn’t come across great in text though.

 

Just had 2nd one tonight, not in any of the categories yet but was called in due to spares on both occasions.

 

I booked both of mine at the same time. You can amend your booking for the 2nd one after you've had the first one. Probably going to be the easiest way.
