ive moved roles with recruitment consultants which are similar and they get all the cash - maybe if I move again I should negotiate with the consultants for a cut given I've had an offer at all but one interview I went for which I didn't want anyway and changed roles 3 times... they get between 15 and 40 percent of the salary too for farming CVs- not to be sniffed at!
