Too right Helen. I am avoiding all sports reports for the rest of the weekend.

What a washout today has been!

Good win for the Arabs today Ian.

This weekend was always going to be glorious or calamitous. The moon and the stars aligned to create the three classic moments in sport for me.
    - the Reds v Wednesday
    - the Bhoys v Sevco
    - Ireland v England.

I’ve taken some comfort from the Ireland game but not enough to get over the agony of losing to a p|ss poor side at the bottom of the table. Galling.

God knows what tomorrow will bring.

Wow! What a finish from France. I never thought it would end like that.
Wales must be sick to lose like that

Hopefully Lawrence Okolie can win the world title to end the day on a good note.

yes, bit grim losing in extra time - but with only 13 men on the pitch (to France's 14) in the latter stages it was always going to be difficult for the Taffs to defend.

Looking back it's been a good season and of course we beat the Posh boys.
