Morris all day long Helen. I think there is more to come from Morris and even in such a short space of time he has become a fans favourite, well mine at least :)

Not seen Hughill play but must admit I’m very happy with Morris so far

I read that the other week. One of them says that Hugill hadn't been given much of a chance yet, but he's better than Morris. That's the same Carlton Morris who made 1 appearance in 7 years at Norwich.

I'm revising my expectations of Morris. Early days but he's made a much stronger start than his past record suggested. Keep it up lad. :)

I hadn't seen much of either Brittain or Morris before we'd signed them. Yet both have stepped up to the plate and look at home in the Championship for us. I recall some MK Dons fans claiming Brittain wasn't as good as George Williams & now (having seen the link to the Pink 'Un thread) Norwich fans saying Hugill is better than Morris, I'm happy to believe we've got the best player in both deals.

I'd be interested to know on what basis the team selection group at Oakwell decided to pick Britain and Morris.
    Was it the spreadsheet?

For my money, they both look bargains and I'll happily doff my hat to whoever made the decisions.

I remember watching Hugill for QPR last season he was crap then too. Fans sometimes just think a player they have bought is better than someone they already have at the club because they have paid money for them.

When Hugill was at Preston he was an absolute beast.

But so was Jonny Parkin and he didn’t cost anyone £9m

Hugill was brilliant at Preston but it’s been a while since he showed that kind of form. Morris looks brilliant so far for us. Right now Morris is in form & plays for us & I’m happy with him.

It's amusing that no-one on there has so far reacted to the OP bringing the subject back up.
