Amidst allegations that the "Owners" of BFC don't want to run a successful football club, their request to the EFL to have the transfer deadline extended by 48 hours has been granted. Chien Lee, the Club's Emperor-in-Chief stated: " We are extremely grateful to the EFL as this means we have more time to successfully unload Alex Mowatt, Cauley Woodrow and Calum Styles for knockdown prices, thereby validating the views of some of our fans who have been predicting their sale since before this current season commenced."
Ordinarily yes but I thought there had been much less posts saying we would be selling everyone this year than there usually is. Have I just not paid attention to them for once?
Maybe so but there is an army of posters waiting in the bushes to jump all over messeres Lee and Conway the moment we sell someone..........
I really dislike them (in case you'd not noticed ) but even I'd give them a free pass if they had to sell a player at the moment or if they don't bring enough players in etc.
Tom Ince from Stoke to Luton on loan is a good signing for the Hatters. He must be the replacement for Elliott Lee who they have loaned to Oxford United. Could have been a useful addition for us.
I agree. I guess the irony is that "ridiculous" is also the perfect word to describe those previous posts which ridicule the clubs transfer dealings, confidently predict that we will definitely lose our quality players and mock those at the Club who are working their nuts off to try and keep us not only alive and functioning but also who are trying to make us successful. Ridiculous indeed.
The last few times he's played against us, he hasn't looked anything like the player he once was. Stoke's fans don't seem too disappointed at the move either.
