A big well done to Toby Sibbick today who I thought was far & away our best defender until he got injured late in the game , lets hope it is nothing serious . Unfortunately for Toby he has our fans to play against as well as the opposition , some of the reaction after the Cardiff match & on social media before the kick off today aimed at his selection was a disgrace & no matter how well he plays he is only one mistake away from getting pelters , however , I say well played today Toby & I hope you continue to prove the critics wrong .

Was he injured, or just having his minutes managed after such a long time out. He’s been subbed every game he’s started

Couldn't fault his performance today, he'll just continue to get better. Well played Toby.

Think he played well, but I did think we were calmer/more controlled playing out of defence once Sol came on.

Once our fans make there mind up about a player they don't want to change it. I saw fans blaming him for the 2nd against Cardiff when he could do little about getting shoved in the back as the ball came in. Well done Toby keep it up. Still a very young player.

Both good players and it's nice to have different attributes within the squad, Sibbicks pace helps the high line that we play and Sols certainly got nothing to prove.

He played well and I’m glad he did.

But I do think we looked more composed and controlled at the back when Sollbauer came on. I like Toby Sibbick and I think he’s got a decent future but he shouldn’t be in the team over Solly at this point in time I don’t think.

Personally the experience of having Solbauer gives him the nod over Sibbick.

Maybe there's another reason Sol's not playing full matches that we don't know about. Maybe a knock or something?

Fair enough if that's the case but Sol is the old man of the squad and it may be with all these games we've been playing that he genuinely needs a rest.

At 30 you should be able to play week in week out you shouldn't want or need a rest.

Its VI what picks the team & although fans will always disagree with the managers selection, do you not think a player should be judged for his performance during the game rather than pre judged because you think someone else should have been in the team before him ?
