I’m struggling to think of a team I dislike more. Horrible horrible lot. Tonight’s performance typified them.
Bunch of thugs barging players off the ball, following through on every challenge, how flint didn't get carded ill never know. Referee disallowed a legitimate goal and never got control of the game.
It's always been the same with them since I started going regularly. They always have the odd classy player in their ranks like Hasselbaink (years ago now), Whittingham, Harry Wilson - but most of the time, irrespective of who the manager is, they field a team of absolute mutants who shithouse and con their way to a point or 3. We can never deal with it. I think I only hate playing Reading more, because I genuinely can't work out how they always turn up and get something - at least with Cardiff there's a rational explanation.
I don't hate the players, or the manager, but the fans are feral fvcking scum. If the ref is a shít bástard, and lets their players get away with whatever they like, whilst disallowing our goals, and setting up theirs, they're hardly going to dial their conduct down. As an official, you have to expect that the likes of McCarthy, Allardyce, Warnock, and Pulis, are going to try every trick in the book to get a result. If a team are kicking everything that moves, and going down easily, you have to deal with it. If you don't, you get what we got tonight. I don't even blame their players. Of course they're going to take advantage of it. I would like to reiterate that Cardiff fans, however, are vile scum. The dregs of humanity, along with Millwall supporters.
