    Hospitals are by far and away the largest source of infection but it doesn’t suit the narrative of the deification of the sacred NHS.

    They need to scrap none essential medicine but are under pressure to keep waiting lists down. Having Outpatients running shouldn't be a problem but it's the friends and family that tag along that don't help matters.

    It's often relatives that have most blatant disregard for mask wearing etc too.
