I'll be going to as many games as I can when we're allowed (as I did before).

Whilst I haven't had the struggles with ifollow that many have, I still can't wait to see the back of it. Purely because watching football on TV doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. I get an incredible buzz from being on the terraces, and it's something I would find very difficult to replicate in my living room.

I do enjoy the atmosphere of a big Barnsley or England game in the pub, but it's still no substitute for the real thing.

However, some won't share my enthusiasm. If games were regularly available, in the UK on iFollow, many would prefer that to going on the terraces. Attendances would dwindle, the atmosphere would become subdued, and football clubs would begin to die.

Football is about the experience for me, not so much the result. I want to be on the terraces, with 12,000+ other Barnsley folk.

It's not Mark Lawrenson and Jonathan Pearce is it?

No, but at the end of the game I'm going to say "that's entertainment."

Yes, you need to keep the interest & the message. For now iFollow at least does that. I hope attendances pick up when things are lifted. It will be complicated & more live pay streaming will be a part of the club's income as I see it.

But I’d love to hear all about the new Norwich city centre pedestrianisation scheme, especially from Norfolk’s maddest man.
