    Ludewig v Brittain

Who is/was better do you think Ludewig last season or Brittain so far this??

Which of the 2 do you think has the most potential?

Brittain by a mile. I really liked Ludewig but Brittain is streets ahead.

I prefer this version of Brittain to the Ludewig we saw but I think Ludewig’s a few years younger so wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up been a better player. Liked both a lot

Much more composure and end product from Brittain

Brittain. Much the better player at the moment.

I think our press release when we released Ludewig displayed a distinct lack of class on our part. Ludewig tried his best for us and I thought he deserved a hell of a lot more respect. But right now Brittain is the much better option.

I don't know who will go on to be the better player in the long run, my instincts say Brittain but my instincts aren't worth ****.

I have no problem with the decision we made, I just wish we'd communicate things better sometimes. It requires no effort at all to to thank someone for playing for us and wish them all the best. And it has the added bonus of making us look good.

Brittain is ahead of where Ludewig was when he left but I do feel it was a mistake to let him go when we did. He would be a really useful member of the squad to have right now.

I'm still.a bit gob smacked at how well and soon he's fitted in tbh. I think it was harder for Ludewig, moving abroad and everything when he was so young. Loads of potential but a bit tmpulsive like Styles could be .Brittain is more the finished product.

Brittain and Styles are phenomenal wingbacks the best we possibly have had for 20 years.

Brittain is miles better, although I liked Ludewig. Would have happily kept him as backup.

Brittain all day long for me. Ludewig did well for us but I think Callum offers more.

    I love our wingbacks.

Don’t think they’ll be many times supporting the reds where my 2 favourite players are both our wingbacks

Yeah after all the fullbacks we’ve had over recent years it’s nice to have some good ones. And both with mad potential too!

Brittain, although is on the other side, is the best wing back we've had since Barnard

Brittain for this season is my preference, though we dont know how much Ludwig would have improved had he stayed. The advantage for us with Brittain though is he has a bit more experience and is currently better than Ludwig was last season, and he is ours so even if Ludwig had improved significantly it was no real value to us

Brittain for me. Gets into some great positions but doesn’t rush his delivery - often having an extra touch and a look up.

I just hope we aren't ruining Styles at LWB. I know Scowen hated being farmed out to Right back during the promotion season. I'd like to see Styles played more in the middle and us bring in another LWB.

Back to the original post. I prefer Brittain in the attacking third but Ludewig defensively. I'd have liked to have played Ludewig at Left back and not signed an extra midfielder.

    Hindsight's a wonderful thing.
