    I genuinely can't think of a scenario to disprove your theory.

    I think our recruitment team get it right more often than they get it wrong but there's no doubt we miss out on a lot of first choice targets.

    In some ways it’s impressive that we stick to the budget.
    But it’s also a bit like the disappointment when you knew you weren’t getting the Evel Kneivel for Christmas.
